Our practical conservation and rural skills sessions offer an alternative to traditional outdoor education. While we value the importance of nature connection our focus is the encouragement of hands-on vocational skills in an outdoor setting.
Eligible students are able to gain a Level 1 Certificate in Practical Environmental and Conservation Skills upon completion of this course.*
The rangers program is designed to teach young people the practical skills they need to work within the world of conservation. From surveying and ID to fencing and first aid, woodland management, dry stone walling, green woodworking, coracle building and more…
